2. Impacts of Alcohol on the Body: Here you’ll learn about factors affecting intoxication, how to measure blood alcohol concentration (BAC), and useful tips for safe service and avoiding serving or over-serving customers who are already intoxicated.
3. Laws and Regulations Related to Alcohol Service: Reviews the various state laws and regulations, and the roles of local law enforcement and the liquor authority. We also cover different types of liabilities and your responsibilities as an alcohol server.
4. Prevention of Service to Minors and Intoxicated Customers: Discusses how to identify acceptable ID, your right to stop service and how to manage difficult situations that may arise.

Practice Quizzes

To better prepare you for the ABC certification exam, Userve's RBS training materials include practice quizzes that allow you to test your knowledge as you go and get comfortable with the exam process.
